The Adult Mental Health Services Program is part of San Joaquin County Health Care Services Agency’s Mental Health Division. We provide clinical services to adults (ages 18 to 60) and transition age (18 to 21) young adults in need of mental health treatment.

| Description: | Adult outpatient program that provides psychiatric evaluation, medication support services, psycho-education, short-term group therapy, provides case management monitoring and follow-up for clients who are discharged from the inpatient program and who are at risk of re-hospitalization. |
