This includes DUI arrests in the city of Angels Camp and the communities of Arnold, Avery, Copperopolis, Dorrington, Forest Meadows, Mokelumne Hill, Mountain Ranch, Murphy’s, Rail Road Flat, Rancho Calaveras, San Andreas, Vellecito, Valley Springs, Wallace and West Point.

Calaveras County DUI Court Specific Issues
In most DUI cases, you will be able to do alternative sentencing. In some cases, mandatory jail time is required. Calaveras county doesn’t transfer alternative sentencing to other counties. If you live out of county, you will need to negotiate a disposition that allows you to serve your sentence out of county or you will be required to do jail time. The length of probation on any DUI in the county is for a period of 5 years even on a 1st offense.
