Nevada County Superior Court DUI Jurisdiction
All DUI arrests in the county or cities located within Nevada County will be handled by the Nevada County Superior Court. This includes DUI arrests in the cities of Grass Valley and Nevada City, and include the communities of Alta Sierra, Floriston, Graniteville, Kingvale, Lake of the Pines, Lake Wildwood, North San Juan, Penn Valley, Rough and Ready, Soda Springs, Truckee, and Washington.

All DUI cases are handled through the Nevada County Superior Court. This includes misdemeanors and felonies.
Nevada County DUI Court Specific Issues
In most DUI cases, you will be able to do alternative sentencing. In some cases, mandatory jail time is required. If you live out of county, you will need to negotiate a disposition that allows you to serve your sentence out of county or you will be required to do jail time.
