Yolo County Superior Court DUI Jurisdiction
All DUI arrests in the county or cities located within Yolo County will be handled by the Yolo County Superior Court. This includes DUI arrests in the cities of Davis, West Sacramento, Winters, Woodland and the communities of Clarksburg, Dunnigan, Esparto, Guinda, Knights Landing, Madison, Monument Hills, Davis, and Yolo.
Yolo County Superior Court DUI Court Process
All DUI cases are handled through the Yolo County Superior Court. All arraignments are handled in Dept. 1 and cases are then sent to different departments for pretrial conference. This includes misdemeanors and felonies.
Yolo DUI Court Specific Issues
In most DUI cases you will be able to do alternative sentencing. In some cases, mandatory jail time is required.
